How we can help

Welcome to the heart of our home. Our enthusiastic activity coordinating team believe that busy hands and minds ensure wellbeing of a person. Their dedication to this belief gives us a ‘not to be beaten’ activity program.

Our activities and events run from 9am round to 8.30pm, 7 days a week. These are optional but ensure there is always plenty to do if you are seeking stimulation and companionship.

These range from exercise classes, crafts, bingo sessions, baking, gardening and trip out.
