Slowly building up an excellent reputation over the years, ensuring a friendly, personal service and ‘hands on’ management with excellently trained staff. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission ( formerly Commission for Social Care Inspection) here

Meet our staff

Reg Mercer
Reg has a background in carpentry and can turn his hand to most things. He is the caretaker of the home, patiently repairing, painting and decorating.
Garry Mercer
Garry is in charge of the finance. He takes care of invoicing, payroll matters and can offer advice on funding. His careful budgeting allows the spending that provides the extra for our residents. Such an important role ensures he is at the top of the tea list.
Bonnie Mercer
Bonnie has been the Care Manager at Bramhall for 23 years. Having completed her NVQ 3, 4, 5 and 7 NEBS, HSD and Manager's award, she went on to do advanced training in End of life care and Dementia.
Liz Petruczok
Liz joined our team in 2022 as a Senior Carer, and her dedication, natural skill and exceptional ability quickly shone through — leading to her well-deserved promotion to Deputy Manager in 2025. She is excellent in her role, always reliable, organised and professional. Above all, Liz is known for her genuine, caring nature; she looks after our residents and supports their families with kindness, compassion and real understanding. She is a hugely valued member of our team, and someone everyone can trust and depend on completely.
