A change of surroundings, we provide a variety of stimuli, sociable events and a chance to make new friends.- If you have been feeling unwell and need additional care, 24 hours per day this could be a good way to avoid hospital admission.
- If you have been in hospital and need support in your recovery, we help with reablement ready for you to return home.
